Birds use a keyboard to tweet. They probably don’t tweet while tweeting, as they’re eating…and not tweeting. Pretty cool.
Testing some molecular gastronomy chemicals. Sodium Alginate acts as a binder/emulsifier and Calcium Citrate is added to provide the necessary calcium for the gelification to work.
This is a beautifully minimal aroma diffuser / humidifier. Really interesting concept and excellent execution.
